If you are driving, there are some on street parking or loading zones (for van, UTE or station wagons) on Pitt street and Castlereagh street. The cheapest car park nearby is the Wilson car park on the corner of Goulburn street and Castlereagh street (currently is $6 per hour, please double check before entering).
