How to do Warranty?

All digital cameras, digital video cameras and other products purchased from Digital Fun Stuff carry the 1 year manufacture's warranty (some products such as memory cards have longer). If you require warranty, products should be either sent back to us or the manufacturer. Before sending back the product you should call us beforehand so you can issue you an RA number or advise you on how to do the warranty. All return product freight charge will be at buyer's cost. Product malfunction caused by physical damage will not be covered by warranty.

DOA Policy: DOA (Dead on Arrival) is referred to products which is faulty or fails within the first 14 days of purchase. If you have a DOA product or if it becomes faulty within 14 days of purchase please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise a replacement. However, this only applies to products which becomes faulty (not including physical damage) within the first 14 days of purchase.

Products which is past 14 days it will not be considered as DOA by the manufacturer's and what ever action they take (either repair /replace) is up to their discretion.
