Are there any additional costs involved from online ordering or collecting from your shop?

If you are ordering online and wish the products to be shipped directly to you, then there is a freight charge.

Our freight charges are:

Orders under $200.00: $9.90 Australia Wide with insurance and online tracking.

Orders over $200.00: $15.95 Australia wide with insurance and online tracking.

For Bulky products, freight charges may be higher, we will contact you before processing your orders. Thanks.

If you wish to collect from our store then there will be no freight charge. We do not charge any processing fees or admin fees.

If you wish to order online and collect from our store, please ignore the freight charge on the online order. Our internet shopping cart software cannot disable the freight charge.
