Olympus digital cameras have most of the following features. For those who are confused about all the technical jargon, here are the explanations for it and the benefits of the features:
- Olympus Face detection and Shadow Adjust technology corrects the auto focus and exposure in the foreground and background to give you the balanced image that your eyes sees. With face detection activated, press the Shadow Adjust button, the camera detects the face shapes and adjusts shadows to correct the image.
- The Shakeproof Anti Blur mode increases the camera's light sensitivity, allowing for a faster shutter speed at a given light level, to reduce blur from hand shake and subject movement.
- Nightproof technology provides bright and vibrant colours at night, with or without flash and brightens the LCD so you can frame shots even in low light.
