Payment Methods and Billing:

• We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard American Express and Diners Club.

• There is no surcharge to use credit cards, however, Amex and Diners incurs a 3% surcharge. 

• We also accept Bpay, you may make the payment from your credit card account (VISA or Master card only), cheque account or saving account. If you wish to pay by Bpay, please select "pay by direct deposit in the shopping cart".  For more details visit www.bpay.com.au 

• You can pay via direct deposit (when you select direct deposit our Banking details will be provided)

• You can also pay via money order. When you post us the money order please write down your order number or name.

• Pay via cheque. The order will be delivered after the cheque / funds has been cleared.

• Please note: We can deliver to PO box, however, payment via Bpay or direct deposit is required.

If there is a temporary shortage of the product ordered, we will not charge your credit card and we will contact with you immediately to get further instruction. 

All prices on our website are current and we reserve the right to change prices without notice. Once an order has been received we will contact you and advise the total price and approximate delivery date.

For credit card orders we will need to do an address verification, you need to provide your credit card billing address for verification, daytime and work numbers and e-mail address (no free e-mail account addresses). Alternatively, we are able to ship to your work address if there is no one at home to receive the goods.  Please allow up 3-5 working days for handling and shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice. If your credit card has been charged and your order has been cancelled for some reasons, we will issue a credit to your credit card and contact with you immediately. We reserve the right to correct any typing error in prices, products and specifications without notice. Product features and prices are subject to change without notice. All images, Logos, brands are trademarks of respective manufacturers or companies. We sell and deliver in Australia only. Our web price may differ to shop outlet price. Any attempted fraud payment, your details will be reported to police station.  

Delivery - Shipping Information:

You can either have your order shipped directly to you or can pick up fro our shop in Ultimo.

There is no additional charge if you order is going to be picked up. When you order online and go through the checkout, you will see the freight included in your order. Please ignore the freight charge as your credit card is not charged at the time of checkout, but on the day you come and pick up the order. AT that time, we will take out the freight charge. Please state you would like to pick up the order in the additional information section of the checkout page.

If you are wanting the order to be shipped to you, our freight charge are as follows:

Orders under $200.00: $9.90 Australia Wide with insurance and online tracking.

Orders over $200.00: $15.95 Australia wide with insurance and online tracking.

For Bulky products, freight charges may be higher, we will contact you before processing your orders.

In regards to delivery address, the courier will require someone to be at the address to sign for the order. If no one will be at home during the day, it would be preferable to have to order sent to you work address.
