You can either have your order delivered or come into our shop and buy over the counter. If you are intending to come in and buy over the counter, it is advisable to call ahead to ensure we have the item in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, generally it would be 1-2 working days to order in.

2. What is your freight / delivery charge?

3. How do I place an Order?
There are 4 ways to place an order:
1: Buy online on from our web site. If you are paying by credit card, we use a secured SSL server to download your credit card details from the web and manually process your credit card in our store. We only charge your credit card when the goods are ready for dispatch.
2: Call us on 02-9280 3385: For those who prefer to call us to make an order you can call us on: 02-9280 3385 (our trading hours are from Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 4.00pm and Saturday: 10.00am to 12.00 Noon). We will place the order for you over the phone and ask for your details such as name, address, credit card number and contact numbers.
3: Fax us your order: You can also fax your order to us at 02-9280 3396. Please provide you Name, Address, Contact Numbers, Credit Card details and the products you wish to purchase.
4: Come into our store: For those who live close by to use you are most welcome to come into our store and buy over the counter. To ensure we have the item in stock, please call ahead to ensure we have the item in stock, otherwise we can order the item for you tp pick up on the day.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We now accept
. You can pay by Bpay with your Visa, Master, Savings, Cheque account. Once you we have received confirmation of your payment from our Bank, we will ship out your order. For more details about Bpay go to www.bpay.com.au
We also accept Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS (For those wishing to pickup from our store), direct deposit and money order. Diners and American Express cards will incurs a 3% surcharge due to their high merchant fees. All other cards do not have any surcharges.
For credit card purchasers we would need your billing address, cardholder name and contact numbers to do a verification check.
If you would like to use your credit card and do not wish to disclose your credit card number to us, you can use Bpay and pay via credit card. This way we will not know your credit card details, but have the advantages of using your credit card.

Please Note: We can delivery to PO box's. However due to credit card security, we only accept payment in the form of Bpay (you can use your credit card/ savings/ cheque account with Bpay) or direct deposit.
5. Are there any additional costs involved from online ordering or collecting from your shop?
If you are ordering online and wish the products to be shipped directly to you, then there is a freight charge.
Our freight charges are:
Orders under $200.00: $9.90 Australia Wide with insurance and online tracking.
Orders over $200.00: $15.95 Australia wide with insurance and online tracking.
For Bulky products, freight charges may be higher, we will contact you before processing your orders.
If you wish to collect from our store then there will be no freight charge. We do not charge any processing fees or admin fees.
6. If the goods are posted, is it insured to guard against loss or damaged goods?
Yes, all our products are shipped with insurance and registered via the courier or Australia Post. If you are not going to be home during the day, then sending it to your work / office address would be recommended.
7. Why are your prices so low?
We get a lot of people asking why we sell our cameras and accessories so cheap and if they are grey or parallel imports. We would like to confirm that all our cameras are guaranteed to be 100% from local authorised distributors (i.e., Canon Australia, Nikon Australia). They are all brand new and have local Australian 1 year warranty. Some lenses such as Tamron and Sigma come with 2 years warranty.
We are able to keep our prices so low due to our low overhead costs and sell in quantity. This way, we are able to lower our cost and have more competitive pricing for our customers.

10. Duty Free or Travelling overseas?
If you are travelling overseas within 30 days from the purchase of your product/s, you can claim back the 10% GST under the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS).
The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) allows Australian and overseas passengers to claim back the goods and services tax (GST). There is only the GST component on digital cameras and accessories no duty taxes.
What are the conditions of the scheme?
1: Spend $300.00 or more (GST inclusive) in the one store.
2: Purchase goods no more than 30 days before departing Australia.
3: Ask the retailer for a tax invoice totaling $300.00 or more (GST inclusive).
4: Have the goods with you when you leave Australia.
How to Make a claim?
Claims can be made up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. On the day of the departure you must:

11. Is there warranty on items purchased from your site?
All digital cameras, digital video cameras and other products purchased from Digital Fun Stuff carry the 1 year manufactures warranty (some products such as camera lenses, memory cards are longer).
DOA Policy: DOA (Dead on Arrival) is referred to products which is faulty or fails within the first 14 days of purchase. If you have a DOA product or if it becomes faulty within 14 days of purchase please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise a replacement. However, this only applies to products which becomes faulty (not including physical damage) within the first 14 days of purchase.
Products which is past 14 days it will not be considered as DOA by the manufacturer's and would need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair / replace at their discretion.
