 What a good day as I received my parcel, how exciting!!.....and I love the contents sooo much!!  I thought it may take an extra day to arrive with me being in the country.  It arrived in Adelaide yesterday and from there via Australia Post delivery to here.

-  Seriously…..it would be really handy if when you “add to cart” the main camera, options for the accessories also appeared at that stage.  I realise you can go “back” but it would have been nice to see the same pictures at this stage you see on the detail page for the camera.

 On Monday I visited a local camera store to have a look at a Pentax K7. They were out of stock and had no idea when new stock would arrive. They offered to hold one for me, if I put half down as a deposit.

Pfft to that!

 I have received the package at last. I ended up driving to the depot to collect it as I had to pop out on Thursday and the courier came while I was out. The Camera arrived this morning at 09:30, interstate in less than 17
hours that is really good service, I looked at several other internet
stores before contacting you, everyone says they have the goods in stock
until you ask delivery times and the delivery goes out to several weeks
as it was only their supplier that had stock at the time but not when it

The camera bag was delivered to my door by Australia Post at 9.30am today!  Thank you, thank you!  I am so delighted with it.  The camera is a neat fit with just a little room left over for a flash, as you said.  I love its raincoat in the back pocket and was pleasantly surprised to find so many other pockets.  Definitely the one, so thank you very much for advising me about which would be the most suitable.  Although I am still setting up my camera and reading the instruction manual, I know I am going to be very happy with that as well.  I have only taken one or two indoor shots with it so far.

Camera arrived at 1150 this date.

Thank you again for the service. I use the A590 and the A1000 is for a Xmas present. The recipient used an earlier model to the A590 but the flash quit. I'm certain the A1000 will be just fine.

By comparison I had an A590 ordered via The Good Guys for no reason other than they are local to Mittagong. That was 11 Nov. Late in Nov they reckoned it was coming. Come 15 Dec it became obvious they were not interested so I cancelled out. Only way to do this now is online so I turned you guys up via Google - completed the order and got around the non availability with an alternate camera chosen from online research.

In summary I'm very pleased with the service you guys provided.

I picked up the parcel this morning. Thank You.

It will take me a lifetime to get accustomed the SX10 as my last Canon camera was the old type SLR 35mm (TLB) with telephoto lens. Still works except for the light metre. Bought it about 1977. Consequently Canon has always been a reliable brand no matter what the application.

I spent quite a long time researching on the internet for brands and eventually with a biased attitude for Canon, then went searching for prices. I didn't feel comfortable with a purchase outside Oz., so when I found your price that was second cheapest and actually within Oz., I was delighted to find that at the other end there was a real shop run by real people who weren't afraid to advertise their real address and real phone number.  To top it off, you actually rang me. That's the old school Aussie traditional way of doing business. Keep it up.  I found other web sites to be unfriendly and difficult to find answers. What has happened to the old ways of communication ?  Don't they realize that they create the impression of deceit and greed?  I am a business administrator and financial controller in the building industry and just want to retire with a lovely lady and a new camera.  You have probably guessed by now that I am of a more mature vintage than that of others I have encountered, whose business attitude particularly to individuals as customers is not only appalling, but taken for granted.

After getting that off the chest, please keep up the Aussie tradition of looking after your mate at work or at play. I will no doubt give the SX10 the thumbs up and while doing so will reflect on " Digital Fun Stuff"

Hi Annie

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you with some feedback on the below email. The device went really well...it was perfect for my needs. It didn't work above 5,000 metres above sea level, but that was not an issue as the booklet advised that it may not work from 3,000m. We went as far as about 6,000m and the device worked fine as soon as we were back down to around 4,000m. I think it was the lack of air pressure that probably caused it not to work as it worked ok when it got to -17c when we were lower down. Quite a few other people have seen the device and I have given them your details. I am heading back to Nepal and higher (7,000m) and I'll keep you in the picture with any feedback. I have just taken delivery of 1 x parcel as ordered from you recently. All is in order.

I plan on using this Nikon P80 camera basically as a point and shoot as I find my Fugi S9500 somewhat difficult to set up for taking p+s. It is just perfect though for closeup Macro photography, landscape and portrait where time is not an issue.

Am hoping this P80 will mean less failures with  photos of grandchildren etc.
