Automatic mode Day shot testing (Outdoor):
Testing setting: Automatic mode, auto white balance, flash off, 9M standard quality and tripod is not used.
Excellent outdoor photos are generated by automatic mode without flash. The 9M super CCD sensor does make a difference, we can still see a clear picture after cropping twice.
Moreover, surprisingly, the picture quality is not affected too much by using maximize optical 4X and digital 7.6X zooming.

Macro testing:
Testing setting: Macro mode, auto white balance, flash off, 9M pixel standard quality and tripod is not used.
Fujifilm E900 has good macro quality 2-3cm close up to the subject. Thanks to Fujifilm E900 9M pixels super CCD sensor, we can still see the details of this photo after cropping and keeping same picture size (500X375 pixels).

Night shot testing (Outdoor):
Testing setting: preset Night shot mode, auto white balance, flash off, superfine quality and tripod is used.
Users can take easy night shot photos simply by using Fujifilm E900 preset night shot mode. Of course, tripod is recommended to use in night shot mode. . Different ISO setting test will not be mentioned here as Fujifilm E900 night shot mode is so easy to use and with good night shot quality. However, some noise generated is expected in digital compact camera and if the sharpness in night shot mode can be increased it would be perfect. (Photos have been down sized to 500X375 pixels)
